It all started back in 1971 when a young man came to Kennett High to begin his teaching career. His eagerness to teach inspired us to learn. Not only is he an understanding teacher but a trusting friend as well. He has played an unforgettable part in completing our yearbooks, and the senior class plays would have been prop-less without him. He is never too busy to talk to us and has quite a talent for telling jokes. We will remember him most of all for his outstanding personality. Therefore, we the class of 1977 proudly dedicate this yearbook to our teacher, our yearbook advisor, and our friend, Mr. Tom Tatum.
