Guy James DiNorscia, 75, of Kennett Square died on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at his home. He was the husband of Mary DeCicco DiNorscia.

Born in Madison, Maine, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Gale DiNorscia. A Kennett High School graduate, Mr. DiNorscia worked for about 40 years as a self-employed mushroom grower. He retired in 1984.

He served in the U.S. Army infantry during World War II. Mr. DiNorscia was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Kennett Square, the Kennett Fire Police and the Swayne, Campbell, Testa V.F.W. Post 5467. Besides his wife, Mr. DiNorsica is survived by three daughters, Mary Anne Atkins of Hockessin, Janet Girolami of Glen Mills and Gale Lattanzio of Kennett Square; three brothers, Anthony and Alfred of Kennett Square and Joseph of Downingtown; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister Anina Taras. He was buried Saturday, Jan. 24 at St. Patrick's cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Patrick's Church, 218 Meredith St., Kennett Square, PA. 19348.
